- On-site parking, opens 10:30 AM. Follow the marshals — the field is not the lot.
- Access
- Firm ground and accessible routes to the stage, the lounge, Food Row and the restrooms. Golf-cart shuttles run from the accessible lot all day.
Questions
Can I really bring my own cooler?
That is the entire event. Bring a cooler, chairs, a canopy and your people. Glass is the only thing that stays in the car.
Is it 25 and up?
Yes. It is 25+ at the gate, and it is built for a grown crowd. Bring ID.
What if it rains?
It is Florida in October. The event runs in weather; it stops for lightning, and the site has hard-cover shelter for that.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Your wristband is the re-entry.
What is a reserved cooler spot?
A numbered patch of ground with your name on it — 10×10 or bigger — so your crew is not hunting for space at two in the afternoon.

A reserved 10×10 with your name on the stake. Room for a canopy, chairs and a cooler. $140.00
A reserved 12×12 in the front field, plus the R&B Lounge all day. $225.00
For the ones who did not come to sit in a lawn chair for eight hours. $180.00
A 30×30 block for your crew — reunions, birthdays, companies. Admits 20. $1,200.00
