Terms of service

Every event on GREENWAY is run by an organizer. They set the price, decide what the ticket admits you to, and are responsible for the event actually happening.

Pocket Holding LLC is the merchant of record for card payments, trading as Kyle A. Green Sr., and handles chargebacks. Your statement will show TREND SETTER TRENDZ — if that is not a name you recognise, it is this charge.

Where an organizer collects the money themselves — cash at the door, a transfer, an invoice — GREENWAY never holds it, and says so on the checkout page at the time.

A ticket is permission to attend one event once. It is not property and it is not an investment.

• Each ticket admits one person one time. The QR is single-use and the door records it.
• A ticket can be passed to somebody else where the organizer allows it. Doing so voids the old one — the first QR stops working the moment the new one is issued.
• Entry remains the organizer’s decision, including age policy, dress code and behaviour at the venue.

Card payments happen on the payment processor’s own hosted page. GREENWAY never sees or stores a card number, and neither does the organizer.

The total shown before you pay is itemised — face value, fees and any tax are listed separately, and that total is what is charged.

An assistant or agent can buy through GREENWAY only under a mandate: a credential with an expiry, spending limits, and a per-action setting of never, ask or allow. GREENWAY verifies the agent, and does not verify who the agent says it is acting for.

Where a mandate is set to ask, nothing is bought until a person opens the approval link and confirms. Where it is set to allow, purchases inside the stated limits are treated as authorised by whoever issued the mandate.

If you did not authorise an agent that bought in your name, contact the organizer and support@successagenticlabs.com. The order records which mandate placed it and whether a person approved it.

• You are responsible for the event, for what you promise on the event page, and for honouring the tickets you sell.
• You are responsible for your own tax, licensing and permissions. GREENWAY does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
• You must not sell anything unlawful, and you must not use the platform to collect money for an event you do not intend to hold.
• Fees are shown before an event is published and are itemised on every order.

You are paid as soon as the money has settled with the payment processor and the event has taken place — in practice within one business day of settlement. Settlement follows the processor’s own schedule, which is typically two business days after a card is charged and longer on a newly opened account. Payment is made by transfer, not automatically by this software: the ledger records what you are owed and a person settles it. What you are owed is the money actually collected on your behalf, less fees and less any refund or chargeback on those orders. Money you collected yourself at the door was never held here and is not part of a payout.

Where a buyer charges back or an order is refunded after you have been paid, that amount is owed back and is set against your next payout.

GREENWAY is software. It is provided as it is, and it is not a guarantee that an event will take place, that a venue will admit you, or that an organizer will behave well.

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where an event is streamed, delivery depends on a third-party provider and on your own connection, neither of which is GREENWAY.

Limitation of liability. Where Pocket Holding LLC is liable to you, that liability is limited in total to the amount you paid on the order the claim arises from, together with any fees GREENWAY earned on it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost opportunity, travel or accommodation booked around an event, or time spent.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. That includes fraud, wilful misconduct, and death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are buying as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If something goes wrong. Contact support@successagenticlabs.com first, and we will try to settle it directly within 30 days — this is faster than any other route and it resolves nearly everything. If it is not settled, the courts of Florida, USA have exclusive jurisdiction. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms.

These terms can change. The date at the top is the version in force, and a material change to how money or tickets work will be told to organizers directly rather than by quietly editing this page.
