Refunds and exchanges

What happens when you cannot go, and what happens when the event cannot happen.

Last updated 2026-08-31. These terms are between you and Pocket Holding LLC.

The short version

Whether a ticket can be refunded is the organizer’s decision, not GREENWAY’s. GREENWAY is the software the sale runs on; the event is theirs.

The refund terms that apply to your ticket are the ones shown on the event page at the time you bought it.

If you cannot go

Ask the organizer. If they agree, they issue the refund from their console and the money goes back the way it came.

There is often a better option: where the organizer allows transfers, you can pass the ticket to somebody else from your own pass page. The organizer keeps the sale, your friend gets the seat, and your old QR stops working the moment the new one is issued.

Money the organizer collected themselves

If you paid the organizer directly — cash at the door, a transfer, an invoice — GREENWAY never held that money and cannot send it back. The organizer returns it the way they took it, and the tickets are voided here.

This is stated plainly rather than hidden in a clause, because it is the case where somebody would otherwise ask the wrong party and wait.

If the event is cancelled

A cancelled event stops selling immediately and every ticket for it stops admitting anybody.

If an event is cancelled, the face value of every ticket is refunded. Booking and processing fees are not returned, because they pay for a service that has already been performed.

This does not happen by itself. Cancelling an event in the software stops sales and voids tickets; it does not move any money. Refunds are issued from the organizer’s console, and where that has not happened within a reasonable time you should contact us. It is written this way because a page promising an automatic refund that no code performs is how somebody ends up waiting instead of asking.

A postponed event is not a cancelled one. Where an organizer moves a date, your ticket carries over to the new one unless they say otherwise.

Fees

Every order is itemised: face value, fees and any tax are shown separately before you pay. Which of those come back on a refund follows the fee schedule in force for that event, and the refund screen shows the breakdown before it is issued.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contacting support@successagenticlabs.com or the organizer will nearly always be faster than a chargeback. Card statements show TREND SETTER TRENDZ.
